Archiving
This dialog allows you to configure how POPcon archives incoming emails to the local disk. It provides options for enabling email archiving, choosing folder organization, and excluding spam emails from archiving.
Enable Archiving
- Enable archiving: When checked, this enables the archiving of all incoming emails to the specified location on the disk.
Archive Incoming Emails Into...
- All into one folder: Archives all emails into a single folder, regardless of the date or email account.
- Into separate folders for each day: Organizes archived emails into separate folders based on the day they were received.
- Into separate folders for each month: Organizes archived emails into separate folders based on the month they were received.
- Into separate folders for each email account: Organizes archived emails into separate folders based on the email account from which they were retrieved.
Archive Root Folder
- Archive root folder: Specifies the location on the disk where the archived emails will be stored. In this example, the folder is "C:\Program Files\Servolutions\POPcon\Archive".
Spam Email Exclusion
- But do NOT archive emails tagged as [SPAM] by the POPcon antispam function: When checked, emails marked as spam by POPcon’s antispam feature will not be included in the archive.
