How to disable the ChangeSender add-in for all users in a terminal server / Citrix environment

The ChangeSender client installation includes a utility called ChangeSenderDisable.exe, found in C:\Program Files\Servolutions\ChangeSender.

Disable for all users

  1. Launch ChangeSenderDisable.exe.
  2. Uncheck "Enable ChangeSender for all users by default".

The add-in remains installed but is disabled for every user on the system.

Re-enable for specific users

  1. Log in as that user and open Outlook.
  2. Go to Options > Add-Ins > Add-In Options Dialog.
  3. Select ChangeSender and click "Configure ChangeSender".
  4. Uncheck "Hide/disable Add-In at startup".

ChangeSender will now appear for that user with full send-as functionality.
