POPcon does not install on my machine — alternative installation method

If the standard installer fails (permission restrictions, Group Policy, etc.), use this manual installation method:

1. Install POPcon normally on a temporary/test machine.
2. Copy the entire C:\Program Files\POPcon folder to the target machine.
3. Uninstall POPcon from the temporary machine.
4. On the target machine, run POPconSrv.exe from the copied folder.
5. In the maintenance menu, select "Install and start service".
6. Configure POPcon using POPconAdmin.exe.
