POPcon moved emails to TOOLARGE or BADMAIL folders — how to resend them

POPcon moves messages to these subfolders when delivery fails:

  • TOOLARGE — message exceeds the size limit configured in Exchange.
  • BADMAIL — delivery failed for another reason.

To retry

  1. Fix the underlying issue first (e.g. increase the Exchange message size limit).
  2. Move the .msg files from TOOLARGE or BADMAIL into the PICKUP subfolder.
  3. POPcon will pick them up on the next retrieval cycle and attempt delivery again.
