POPcon moves messages to these subfolders when delivery fails:
- TOOLARGE — message exceeds the size limit configured in Exchange.
- BADMAIL — delivery failed for another reason.
To retry
- Fix the underlying issue first (e.g. increase the Exchange message size limit).
- Move the
.msgfiles from TOOLARGE or BADMAIL into the PICKUP subfolder. - POPcon will pick them up on the next retrieval cycle and attempt delivery again.
