POPcon stores downloaded emails as .msg files in its program folder while they are being delivered to Exchange. If Exchange was unavailable, these files remain there.
To retry delivery
- Move the
.msgfiles from the main POPcon folder into the PICKUP subfolder (e.g.C:\Program Files (x86)\POPcon\PICKUP). - POPcon will pick up files from the PICKUP folder during its next mail retrieval cycle and attempt delivery to Exchange again.
Note: Do not move files while POPcon is actively processing. You may stop the service first if needed.
