Access the configuration dialog from Outlook: Add-Ins > AddressView > Configure.

License Code

Enter your license code here to activate AddressView beyond the 30-day trial period. No reinstallation is required — the license takes effect immediately. Purchase a license from the web shop.

My Email Addresses

Enter a list of your own email addresses. AddressView uses this list to identify which addresses are “yours” when displaying the sent-to information above email messages that have multiple recipients (TO, CC, BCC fields). Without this list, AddressView cannot distinguish your addresses from those of other recipients.

Load from ActiveDirectory

If your computer is joined to an Active Directory domain, click this button to automatically populate your email addresses from the directory server. This is the quickest way to populate the list in a corporate environment.

Sent-to Dialog Background Color

Customize the background color of the “Sent to” information bar displayed above email headers. Change this from the default system dialog color to make it more visible or to match your preferences.
