Antivirus Engine: Built-in internal anti-virus engine scans every incoming email before relaying it to your Exchange server. Updates occur weekly or daily via automatic signature downloads.
Archive Function: Archives all downloaded emails into separate folders on the server. Can be configured to create individual daily or monthly archive folders.
Antispam Protection: Checks IP addresses in the headers of incoming emails against internet spam blacklist servers.
Rule-Based Distribution: Forward, send a copy, or delete an email if it meets user-configured conditions. Rules can target recipient names, sender addresses, subject lines, or attachment filenames.
Message Logging: Excel-importable detailed message logs.
Parallel Downloads: Simultaneous download of multiple POP3 or IMAP mailboxes for improved performance.
