POPcon Features
- Poll private POP3 and IMAP mailboxes and forward mail to a single MS Exchange Server™ mailbox, or distribute mail collected in a single catch-all POP3 or IMAP mailbox to multiple MS Exchange Server™ mailboxes
- Analyzes mail header fields (TO:, CC:, received..for, X-RESENT-TO, etc.) and filters recipients matching pre-configured allowed domains
- Minimum download schedule interval: 1 minute. Also supports 0 minutes (continuous downloads)
- Handles downloads exceeding scheduled intervals by continuing at the next full minute
- Installable on the same machine as MS Exchange Server™ using one internet connection
- Flexible scheduling for mail retrieval based on day of week
- Automatically uses configurable dial-up networking; supports routers and dedicated connections

Email Flow
Incoming: Senders transmit via SMTP to POP3/IMAP mailboxes → POPcon periodically downloads via POP3/IMAP → POPcon delivers to Exchange Server via SMTP.
Outgoing: POPcon is only used for incoming emails. Outgoing mail is handled directly by your Exchange Server.
