POP3/IMAP Accounts

The Accounts page displays all configured POP3 and IMAP accounts and provides controls for managing them.

Account List

Shows all configured accounts with their server name, username, account type, schedule status, and last download time.

Controls

• Add: Opens the Account Details dialog to create a new POP3 or IMAP account configuration.
• Edit: Opens the Account Details dialog for the selected account to modify its settings.
• Copy + Edit: Creates a duplicate of the selected account and opens it in the Account Details dialog for modification. Useful for setting up multiple accounts with similar configurations.
• Remove: Deletes the selected account configuration. This does not affect emails already delivered to Exchange or emails remaining on the remote server.
• Show Messages: Displays the messages currently available on the remote server for the selected account without downloading them.
• Download Now: Immediately triggers a download for the selected account, regardless of its schedule settings.
• Enable / Disable: Toggles the active state of the selected account. Disabled accounts are skipped during scheduled downloads.
• Schedule Downloads: Opens schedule configuration to set download intervals and timing constraints for the selected account.
