NDR Handling Configuration
Non-Delivery Reports (NDRs) are generated when an email cannot be delivered. This tab configures how MultiSendcon handles NDRs from relay servers.
NDR Recipient
- Back to sender — routes the NDR to the original message sender
- To postmaster — sends the NDR to a designated postmaster address instead
- To both sender and postmaster — sends the NDR to both parties
Exchange Server Settings
MultiSendcon needs to know where to send the NDR messages it generates. Configure:
- Exchange server name
- SMTP port (typically 25)
- Authentication credentials (usually not required for internal Exchange delivery)
NDR Source Address
The email address that appears as the sender on NDR messages. Use an administrator’s address here so that if a recipient replies to the NDR, it reaches someone who can help.
