SMTP Account Settings
Configure a relay server account. MultiSendcon routes outgoing emails through this account for senders matching the configured sender mask.
Basic Settings
- Descriptive Name — a label to identify this account in the account list
- SMTP Server — your provider’s relay server address (e.g.
smtp.yourprovider.com) - Username / Password — authentication credentials for the relay server
- IP Port — typically 25, 587, or 465. SSL is activated automatically when port 465 is used
Network Options
- Local IP Address — on systems with multiple network cards, select which card handles this account
- HELO/EHLO Domain — the domain name used in the SMTP HELO or EHLO command when signing on to the relay server
Performance & Routing
- Minimum Wait — seconds between consecutive emails sent through this account. Set to 0 for maximum throughput. Increase if the provider enforces a rate limit
- Sender Address Filter — restricts this account to specific sender addresses. Use
*@domain.comfor all senders in a domain, oruser@domain.comfor a single user. Leave blank to match all senders - Recipient Address Filter — restricts this account to specific recipient addresses (same format as sender filter)
Fixed Sender Address Replacement (v2.50+)
Replaces the outgoing sender address with a fixed address. Useful when a relay provider requires a specific sender address (e.g. the authenticated account address).
Private email override: Users can mark a message as “Private” (via the Sensitivity field in Outlook) to bypass sender replacement for that message.
