Relay Servers Configuration
This tab defines the SMTP accounts and direct DNS delivery options that MultiSendcon uses to route outgoing email. The key feature is sender-based routing: each account can be assigned a sender address range (domain), so different senders use different outgoing relay servers.
Add Relay Server
Adds a standard SMTP relay account. Configure:
- SMTP server address and credentials
- Sender mask — which sender domains use this account (e.g.
*@company.comoruser@company.com) - See SMTP Account settings for full details
Add Direct DNS
Delivers email directly to the recipient’s mail server via DNS MX lookup, without using a third-party relay. Useful as a fallback for addresses not matched by any relay account. See Direct DNS settings.
Priority Order
When multiple accounts match a sender address, the topmost entry in the list takes priority. Use the Up/Down buttons to set the priority order.
Accounts with the same sender mask are tried in list order. This allows primary/fallback relay configurations.
